Dear Rong Jun,
I am so sorry to hear that you are in Tan Tock Seng Hospital with a fractured leg. Hopefully, ourletter can cheer you up.
School is increasingly busy as we are nearing the mid year examination. Teachers are conducting remidial classes more frequently. There is more homework too. Apart from work, there doesn't seem to be time for anything else. Luckily, there are fewer extra curricular activities days.
Oh, I heard you are going to take the examination in the hospital. Our teachers are asking whether anyone visiting you can take the worksheets to you. I volunteered without hesitation. Not only that. I can come to update you on what our teachers have taught. I used to be a regular study team before in our favourite peaceful school garden. Hey, we can still be a regular study team, except that this time, we are meeting in your hospital room. Furthermore, I can even submit your assignments to our teachers. I can come after school about 2 pm. Then I can leave about 5 pm.
Please let me know if you agree to having me in your room to study together.
Love, your best friend,
Shawn

Proper Sitting Posture
Working at a computer for extended periods can bring about problems from eyestrain to potentially crippling respectitive strain injuries affecting the hands, arms, shoulders and neck. Avoid these problems by taking short breaks every 15 to 20 minutes, doing stretching exercises and observing the following guidelines:
1. Monintor screen should be at one arms lenght from the body.
2. Level your eyes at top line of work on screen.
3. If chair allows, tilt seat pan forward so that knees are lower than hips.
4. Use neutral posture: trunk straight, down from shoulders, angle at elbow 90 degrees or more.

A Great Writing Tool
Today, homes, schools and offices have computers. The computers word processor is a tool for writing. It has many interesting features to help you.
After typing, you can save your documents and retrieve them later. This is good if you are tired and want to wait until you have some new ideas.
If you are writing a newsletter or magazine, you can design proffesional layouts using different typefaces and font sizes to attract your readers attention.
You can also include graphics in your work to make it more interesting. This is especially useful if you are designing a pamphlet, a brochure or an advertisment.
